Area O1 is not legal advice and is not affiliated with USCIS. Criteria profiles are community-maintained summaries of public regulations (8 CFR 214.2(o), 8 CFR 204.5(h)). Always confirm strategy with an immigration attorney.

Area O1 organizes evidence; it does not judge eligibility. A criterion marked "banked" means your accepted exhibits meet the simple, documented rule in the profile YAML. It does not mean USCIS will agree. Any written assessment produced by an AI agent is an opinion and is labeled as one.

Regulations and USCIS policy change. The profiles in profiles/ may be out of date or incomplete. Check the current regulation text and the USCIS Policy Manual, and rely on your attorney.
