Best practices¶
Habits that keep your evidence file accurate, your writers comfortable and your data private.
Area O1 does the bookkeeping: it reads your sources, quotes them, tracks deadlines and drafts emails. The judgment calls are still yours, and these pages collect what tends to work.
| Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Evidence that holds up | Completed over invited, primary documents, dated captures, strength signals, corroboration and metrics history |
| Letters | Choosing writers, drafting from approved claims, and why the writer always rewrites and signs |
| Outreach etiquette | Approve & send, the undo window, the daily limit, follow-ups and check-ins |
| Keep case and code apart | Two separate repos if you both contribute to Area O1 and use it for your own case |
| Privacy habits | Private remotes, read-only tokens, minimal notifications, backups and deleting a case |
Not legal advice
These pages describe how to use Area O1 well. They don't tell you whether you qualify or how to argue your case. Confirm your strategy with an immigration attorney.
